Amazing Amazing Amazing !!!! Let me tell you why 😊 so 4 days ago I decided I needed the Lewis Hamilton Speedcat pumas in red for Melbourne GP which is next week - I looked around and found Laced selling them at the same price as everywhere else except they had my size ( or what I thought was my size ) - purchase - get sent an email saying on their way - arrive the very next day from Brisbane to Hobart 😳 I’m so excited and amazed - I get them out and oh no they don’t fit (they were the size I ordered but they were a little too narrow for my foot 😞) I call up Laced at their Bris bane store and get the very friendly and happy Jas on the line - I explain my predicament and situation and she helps me send the pair I’d received back - she then found me a size 11 and said ‘leave it with me - there’s a really big storm coming in so I’ll need to get this out to you asap if you want to get them before your GP ‘ I thank her and go about my day - well today is 21 hrs later and dang if the new size 11s ( I’d ordered 10s) isn’t sitting on my kitchen table just delivered by the postman - inside was a lovely card wishing me a great F1 and a pair of shoes that now fit like a glove - that people is about as great a service as I’ve ever experienced - Jas was helpful, understanding of my situation, never sounded like she wasn’t fully on my case and did it with no fuss and all the while being the most professional shoebadour ( yes she is an artist ) I’ve ever encountered - to whoever owns Laced in Brisbane - Jas is an absolute legend of the highest order - she isn’t paid enough ( whatever you’re paying her ) and she is why I will be back again - I’ll update this from the GP - hopefully after getting Lewis to sign them ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff are friendly and easy to talk to, and they’re always happy to help with any questions. The store also has a good range of items, so it’s easy to find what i’m after.

Awesome shop with great staff. Very personable and friendly! They left me a cute thank you card in my order. It really goes along way to make your customers feel special and happy to support the shop! The shoes I ordered were an awesome price and came quickly too!

Loved the vibe here! Possibly my fav buyer shop in Brissy 🩶 The staff were all super lovely! Great store with a really cool setup. Love the industrial vibe and the artwork around the place – feels very unique. The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful too. Made the whole visit a really nice experience. Will definitely be back.
